TOP STORIES SIA attaches over 1 Kanal land of HM terrorist in Doda | KNO Published 4 hours ago on December 11, 2025 By News Desk Srinagar, Dec 11 (KNO): The State Investigation Agency (SIA) has on Thursday attached an immovable property of a Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist in Behota village of the Doda district. In a statement, issued to news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), a spokesperson said that terrorist Zahid Hussain son of Abdul Karim Wani of Doda’s Behota village is wanted in case FIR No. 03/2022 of Police Station JIC Jammu. The statement reads that the attachment was done after a court order and the proceedings were undertaken in the presence of revenue authorities along with independent witnesses. It reads that land measuring 1 Kanal and 16¼ Marlas was identified as ancestral property share of the accused. “A notice board declaring attachment under Section 83 Cr.PC was formally installed at the location.
